What is Equal Access PAC?
Equal Access PAC is an independent expenditure-only committee, or Super PAC, that advocates specifically for or against political candidates. We are prohibited from coordinating activities with candidate campaigns and political parties, or contributing financially to candidate campaigns or political parties.
What races does Equal Access PAC engage in?
We are registered with the Federal Election Commission and are allowed to engage in races for US President, US Senate and the US House of Representatives.
How does Equal Access PAC select which candidates to support or oppose?
Equal Access PAC works to identify and elect candidates from historically underrepresented and marginalized groups; and support candidates who advocate policies to improve the quality of life for historically underrepresented and marginalized groups. In addition, we research and identify potential challengers to elected officials with a history of supporting hurtful, harmful, and repressive policies. Our goal is to elect leadership that will implement federal policies to create equal access for women, minorities, and the LGBTQ community.
Why should I contribute to Equal Access PAC?
Contributing to Equal Access PAC helps elect leadership that will implement federal policies to create equal access for women, minorities, and the LGBTQ community. We maximize cost-effectiveness of your contribution by running coordinated campaigns in support of multiple candidates, giving you a greater return on investment for every dollar donated.
What will my contribution to Equal Access PAC fund?
Your gracious contribution will fund aggressive door-to-door canvassing, social media outreach, digital advertising, phone banking, direct mail programs, and television and radio commercials. Your contribution will also help fund research and identification of potential challengers to elected officials with a history of supporting hurtful, harmful, and repressive policies.
Who can contribute to Equal Access PAC and what are the limits?
As an independent expenditure-only committee, we can accept contributions from individuals, associations, unions and corporations. Because we do coordinate, communicate or contribute to political candidates or parties there are no contribution limits to Equal Access. We are prohibited from accepting contributions from foreign nationals, national banks, or federal government contractors. Green card holders are allowed to contribute.
